What was truly interesting is the Defendant NEVER submitted any evidence in Restraining Order court case records, EVER. Defendant NEVER submitted anything into court case records of Ms. Vivian doing ANYTHING to Defendant. Most likely because submitting documents into court case records are done under Penalty of Perjury and if the documents are proven false then the Defendant could be in big trouble. However, Defendant made several horrible FALSE accusations directly to Law Enforcement with showing FALSE documents and FALSE police reports against Ms. Vivian. Defendant only showing Police, others, and Judges on the side to destroy Ms. Vivian reputation and have them ALL erroneously retaliate against Ms. Vivian for years. Only calling Judges, per a news investigator, before court hearings to show the Defendants self-inflicted cyber abuse that the SEO tools can delete as easily as published on the Internet. However, Ms. Vivian submitted massive abuse documents in court records to show the truth and be verified which was all evidence still on the internet. Ms. Vivian didn’t call judges before court hearings to, sway rulings her way either. After the case over Ms. Vivian important documents were all made “no view – NV.” Anything Ms. Vivian legally tried to honestly and legally, stop the cyber abuse against her good and upstanding family name was destroyed and covered up. Defendant had the entire Law Enforcement retaliating against Ms. Vivian for years. An innocent women who did nothing to the cyber bully.

And, besides ALL the massive activities (out and about) having FUN which Ms. Vivian is seriously known for by many all her life. Probably spending way too much money having FUN. Rob a long-term best guy buddy and I, would ski in Aspen while staying at the Holland House and hang in Aspen City. During a snow storm we went into (won’t say the name) a two level restaurant. Upstairs was a Prince & Princess celebrating their birthday with friends. They asked us to stay. Rob and I, talked about that for decades. Also Rob helicopter skied in Telluride for 2 months a year. Many people have better things to do in life than; slander, harass, gossip, create fake documents, destroy others reputations, lie about people and cause others harm, as their pass-time.

Upstanding people who do great things don’t lower themselves to such hogwash.

Luckily, Ms. Vivian thought to report out of California to other states Attorney Generals, 2015 running POTUS, with Google & Yahoo Executives via Flash Drive evidences. Because CA local worked against Ms. Vivian and would not help for years. After the abuse was cleared (which took Google about (3) years) then Google actually banned and blocked the Black Hat SEO internet blasting tools and changed their cache functions. Therefore, it might have been worth the massive money and time that I lost. There was a Lady College Professor who was referred to Ms. Vivian through an Internet Service Provider “ISP” security team. The Lady College Professor had been clearing her name for (4) years while reporting to Google security via eMail (like Ms. Vivian initially tried). The College Professor also tried to report. The College Professor was also a Black Hat SEO deformation abuse victim with a rare name. Later, the College Professor contacted and thanked Ms. Vivian. Luckily, Ms. Vivian would not give up and thought of sending Flash Drives as all other attempts for help was blocked while retaliated against just like the College Professor mentioned was her experience as well. If anything, Ms. Vivian has stopped bullies from cyber SEO deformation harming others. Appears new laws. It’s basically undetectable to find the cyber bully as appears hacking in mass. Not like making a posting where someone can issue a Subpoena to the website owner for the IP addresses etc. If I helped others by not giving up than was kinda worth it. However, Ms. Vivian did have to sell her Grandmom’s expensive jewelry that was gifted by her Grandpa to send the Flash Drives of evidences due to massive time from work as companies google higher paid employees. Maybe that was Grandmom from Heaven who provided the idea. Like to think of it, that way. Luckily, raised by a FUN Military Dad and overly wonderful Grandpa with lots of love. I think all the sports involved when young then helped to not give up. Although, it did cause much stressful health damages. Ms. Vivian had to repair her health later when all over. Hopefully, my story will help others in stressful bully situations by NOT allowing bullies to effect their heart health. Simply need a way to get around them and avoid to have FUN in life.

Please NOTE as very important regarding when a Plaintiff: Do not sign court “Harassment Orders” if you are innocent. Ms. Vivian filed a TRO and the Judge ordered parties to attend mediation in the court cafeteria. Ms. Vivian was naïve. Defendant started crying. Nice & Empathetic; Ms. Vivian signed thinking the “Harassment Orders” were upheld by courts and Police. No one advised that “Harassment Orders” were simply a piece of paper that mean nothing. However, directly after the “Harassment Orders” were signed than Defendant walked 20 feet over to Ms. Vivian in the court house hall and said, “good luck to you Vivian” and then walked down the hall laughing. Although the “Harassment Orders” stated to stay away.  Ms. Vivian was shocked and sat on the court house Hall Bench in terrible fear knowing she made a mistake thinking the Defendant learned a lesson. Ironically, the Defendant was prior in the legal field at high levels with knowledge and associations. The Defendant, Attorney, “MG” was a witness and seemed shocked. Interesting is during the TRO the Black Hat SEO had stopped and Ms. Vivian could clear her name and reputation. However, the very next day Ms. Vivian endured more intense cyber bullying. More scary when the person has weapons training.

Interesting to look for during Court and Depositions: is a Defendant NEVER saying under OATH, “I’m not doing this and I’m not associated with anyone doing this?” Only playing a Victim to turn tables on the TRUE Victim. Obtain the Court Transcripts as evidence. A person can go to JAIL for lying under courts OATH but not to Law Enforcement? Innocent Ms. Vivian, IF accused of such horrible acts and in front of a JUDGE, POLICE or ANYONE than would be so nervous and distraught saying loudly, “I’m not doing this.” Ms. Vivian can’t understand why Defendants accused of bad things and in court are not shaking in their booties and are calm while coming to court in a BIG sweater like a Victim. Particularly if the Defendant has weapons training. Ms. Vivian would have BEGGED for them to find the TRUTH. So to be vindicated and restored. Ms. Vivian would not play a Victim to turn the tables with filing false reports against the Plaintiff by creating a self inflicted Victim act with creating false documents to destroy the Plaintiff if innocent. Ms. Vivian, would even visit the actual Psychics that Law Enforcement and FBI use to have them ALL testify as she has nothing to worry about. Along with a polygraph to clear from false accusations. Why Ms. Vivian was more red-flag scared in search to pursue the TRUTH to protect herself and met with Chief of Police, who finally saw the TRUTH. Only after a long series of Suspect events that did not make human common-sense in how TRUE Victims operate (physically in actions vs emotionally fake) and ALL pointed to the Suspect. Ms. Vivian kept pursuing the TRUTH despite great odds to stop her (shocking when the Justice System does not want you to pursue the TRUTH and covers up). Ms. Vivian had nothing to worry about. Even though Ms. Vivian was initially and continually PUNISHED, severely, for seeking the TRUTH and also to clear her name and reputation.

Untruthful reports to Detectives should be a crime and should have to compensate for their time. Causing them to avoid helping the true victims. They work extensive OT and run around in circles taking time from their own families with important cases. Ms. Vivian was honest.

Do you know Federal and Local Law Enforcement use Psychics ? Some work directly in WA-DC. President Reagan and Nancy used one locally who went to their Inaugural Ball. Some are 90-100% accurate at that level. They stay low-key. When a person is found in the middle of the desert etc. they use Psychics. One local was in the news for helping the FBI find a missing elderly man. She showed the card the FBI provided with their personal cell numbers wrote in pencil. Stating they use her all the time. Knowing when Suspects LIE are evil and dishonest with future intensions. Even local Law Enforcement with how often.

Ms. Vivian jokes with people after almost dying from heart stress shock as Nurses asked for her “Next of Kin.” Ms. Vivian, then looked at the Hospital white tile ceiling while thinking to God; “This can’t be it, there are still things I want to do with my life.” After the trauma settled then rebuilt her heart so to have FUN in life. Ms. Vivian advises people while smiling; “I want to kick-the-bucket at the TOP OF MY GAME & while on my Angel bed saying out loud; WOW, that was a cool ride, I did well, I made the best of it and have wonderful memories and accomplishments to leave behind.” Then, Ms. Vivian says; “Who wants to go out while at the bottom of their life..” People always laugh and smile at Ms. Vivian. Just how she is.

Ms. Vivian LIFE STORY of BLACK HEART vs PINK & YELLOW HEART: 25 years ago while working from home in Newport then Ms. Vivian would drive to Laguna Beach to an outdoor Restaurant Bar having Martini’s with the local residents after work. One friend meeting with PhD career was launching Satellites into Space (pretty cool job). Sipping cocktails, mingling, while watching the people walk by shopping in the street shops. FUN people watching. A guy walked in with longer hair wearing a thick brown leather outfit that looked very expensive. He sat next to, Ms. Vivian. People walking by would stare at him. He looked like Patrick Swazi. Ms. Vivian asked him, “Are you famous as people walking by are staring at you?” The man replied, “I have an art exhibit at Las Brisa’s.” Ms. Vivian asked, “May I ask what you paint?” He replied, “A big black heart.” Ms. Vivian had a hard time wrapping her mind around that. Ms. Vivian asked, “Why not Pink and Yellow Hearts?” He replied, “Because that’s not how I see the world.” Ms. Vivian has thought about the conversation since as didn’t know others saw the world as such.

• My Friend George, who listened for hours and years offering help with his more intelligence by seeing and understanding what I could not. It was pretty hard times while being associated with such disgust as below. Somedays very sick to my stomach. I called one day and couldn’t get George. Someone else answered the phone. I knew George had a heart problem prior and had become an Angel the minute another voice answered. Since he moved to be with his Cousin in KY then I was unable to say Good-Bye while advising life became much better.

• Steve, who funded the Attorney. Don’t know what I would have done if not for his donation. He even cried when he saw what I was dealing with.

• A friend Susan, who I grew up with. We Roller Skated every Saturday and played Softball on the city team. Riding bikes. I would travel in their families BIG 5th-Wheel RV, to Oshkosh WI, for the Air Shows, Fly-In. We had so much FUN growing up. Was my friend who liked to do FUN things. Susan became an Angel.

• Debby, from Wednesday Spaghetti night with a PhD in Chemistry. Grew up in Foster Care. Debby’s hands were twisted from arthritis later in age. Although in pain with losing a wonderful career due to her disability and after her childhood struggles saying the girls were mean. Still, Debby always laughed as we joked often. We had FUN laughing while talking about Politics and Life over a couple beers and listening to live bands. Debby finally found a nice place to rent a room and appeared her life was getting better. My life became (financially) better. Therefore, I returned to more upscale Restaurant Happy Hours for the finer Champagnes and Wines at Wednesday Wine night. People were not as down-home. After a few months later I returned to Wednesday Spaghetti night to hang with Debby and have FUN laughing. I asked about Debby as she was a long time regular at Spaghetti night. They said she became an Angel in her sleep from a heart attack. Debbie will never know how much she taught me during a very hard time in life; that although the below was difficult, I was still very blessed in life and to have FUN laughing. Additionally, just because someone has a better life, a more sophisticated appearance and more money, it does not make them a more decent person to truly associate or have FUN laughing and enjoying life with.

• Another, long-time, friend and her husband a 26 year x-Marine had me stay with them in their big home until stronger after my heart shock. Her granddaughter showed me how to make homemade ice cream.

• My Friend, Paula, owned a large Hair Salon in Newport that sold lots of girl products. She lost her business during GERM grounding. During the Cyber Bullying after having to sell my Grandmom’s jewelry that my Grandpa gifted to pay for the Flash Drives to clear my name etc., Paula would provide nice products for huge discounts. I bought the color and Paula would color my hair for free. ALL so I could still look and feel pretty (it’s a girl thing). Her kindness helped sustain still feeling and looking girly upstanding despite the horrible obscenities etc. the Cyber Bully associated. Paula has a beautiful family. Paula gifted me this silver heart that I have kept on my Car Console for 8 years saying “You are special to me, please drive safely.” Wonderful memories of my friend.

• Max, my super wealthy in the millions 35 year best guy-buddy and his Brother who left their big business office, instantly, when the Hospital ER Nurse called to advise I almost die. They obtained my car from the Island with also my LapTop and Cell Phone. All the things I needed to the Hospital, right away, without hesitation. I heard they left an important meeting with important people.

• A little WEIRD is the local FED Law Enforcement tracking. It might be another life story someday. Instantly jerks backed-off when mentioned the name, Vivian (another story too long to type herein). Also, something else was about to happen that I was not aware of yet and another one came to warn me about (1) hour prior to be careful and document (another story too long to type herein). About (1) year after mailing out the Flash Drives: The first time I was a little perplexed before ALL started coming around was when I was pulled over by the HB Police who said they would write me a ticket. The Policeman took my drivers license (my plates are blocked) then he returned to my car and, seriously, he actually APOLOGIZED for pulling me over and while handing back my license was super sweet (that was in the beginning before I knew what was going on – I was quite shocked to be honest – I just stared at him – all of a sudden he was super nice – I’ve never had the Police actually apologize to me before – not kidding – no joke). I then started to obtain some help by a couple business owners simply showing up to my regular Happy Hour mingling nights to discus work etc. I was focused on re-building my life since clearing my name from the “Black Hat SEO Cyber Bully Abuse.” Some days I was still very tired then would take a break to have FUN and rest (I still needed lots of rest while the cyber abuse was clearing and after). A guy buddy said “Of course I would be tracked after sending the Flash Drives which most the content appeared my name associated with some very bad and illegal stuff on the Internet that I sent to important people for HELP.” I had added a cover letter with the Flash Drive attached in a sandwich baggy that was written from my PINK & YELLOW HEART for HELP. My name and reputation was, “anchor tagged / hacked” over 1 million pages by then associated with the most obscene and appeared some illegal activity via the Cyberbully. It’s easy to notice that it was done as an attack on myself, personally. At the time by sending the Flash Drives I simply wanted my name and reputation cleared from the Black Hat SEO Cyberbully abuse including Suspect Cyber Bully photoshopped False Documents that can easily be forensically analyzed and verified as FAKE. It’s very obvious with ALL my years past and current associations (over my entire life) and who I was/am as a person (not known as a bully type or association with obscenities) that I am NOT the person in the fake and obscene documents or mean actions that the Landlord Suspect portrayed and showed to Law Enforcement and others with including the obscene Cyber Abuse (much disgusting that I never thought would be associated or even existing on the Internet – in order to set me up as a disgusting person so the Landlord Suspect Cyberbully could manipulate others to attack me too – I had it coming from every angel a Victim could endure). Sometimes I was sick to my stomach and dizzy. I have NOTHING to hide or worry about as I did NOTHING the Landlord/Suspect/Cyberbully has desperately tried to set me up via photoshopped, FAKE, self-inflicted documents while illegally using, Local and Federal Law Enforcement, to attack as well. ADDITIONALLY, in Newport I was well known for 35 years meeting with many truly PROFESSIONAL and UPSTANDING who were regulars in the FINE restaurant/bar neighborhood establishments. We all hung out. It was OUR THING while listening to LIVE music and/or going to dance clubs around our up-scale beach town. Even the TOP local Doctors and Nurses I associated with at the local wealthy hospital knew me. Most of US have known each other for 30 years from around Newport. Everyone knew where everyone else went on certain nights. WE would ALL simply show up as WE knew where the popular places were on what night to run into each other. Ms. Vivian was never known as a Bully Girl personality who acted in a promiscuous manor nor associated with disgusting people. Ms. Vivian was only respectful and dressed nice while out having FUN. Even 25 years ago the local rich and other Newport Guy-Buddies Ms. Vivian knows (now) for 30+ years would mention Federal Undercover Law Enforcement guys go out protecting the OC. Because, Newport and O.C. is a privately owned county by one family where many super wealthy reside from old family money. Not a place you want to commit a crime NOR think you can be sneaky and get away with doing bad things. The local Sheriffs are super HIGH-TECH and work with Federal. Ms. Vivian (ME 🙂 from being out’n’about for (3) decades prior and all over Newport with the upstanding FUN associations including some major charity events. Trump mentioned there are listening devices as small as a Pin-Heads.

• Grandpa and Grandmom, George and Dorothy Hicks. Now I know why Grandpa would attend my; ice skating lessons, ballet, tap dancing, English riding lessons, swim lessons nor the dentist alone. Without him watching over. Would also show up at my schools standing in the background in his Dark Green London FOG coat with engraved brown buttons and meet teachers often. My elementary school Principal met me, every morning walking in the door. Because Grandpa, due to his WA-DC JOB then knew of horrible people like enclosed.

I have NATTA, NOTHING, NO PROBLEM, NO WORRIES, NO CARE IN THE WORLD – AS I DID NOTHING MEAN TO THE LANDLORD, SUSPECT, CYBER BULLY OR ANYTHING DISGUSTING OR MASSIVE SEO ON ANY OF MY COMPUTERS – THAT THE SUSPECT FALSELY CREATED A FAKE SELF-INFLICTED VICTIM ACT AND ACCUSED ME OF – NOTHING AT ALL. I CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT 🙂 I may not be rich and I get nervous as a sensitive girl (not made of stone) but I don’t have to worry about anything except paying my little bills and having enough money to go out and have FUN with surrounded by only KIND hearted people. Enjoying the live bands outside in the mountains during COVID. Walking 2.5 hours with friends on the Island and Peninsula during COVID. Ms. Vivian and her friends didn’t sit around complaining. Grandpa reported to Presidents approving DoD budgets for NASA, Air Force/NAVY as Naval Aerospace Commanding Engineer. The 1st car purchased for Ms. Vivian after graduating from high school, was a white Camaro with red-dash and white interior. The 2nd car Grandpa purchased was a Red Firebird with T-TOPS and the dealership charged 23.81% interest rate, way above the normal rate. Taking advantage of a Grandpa with his Granddaughter. Well, little did the dealership know who Ms. Vivian Grandpa was. Her Grandpa said, “when people are full of, hogwash, running a muck with your life, then place in writing and expose to protect.” They wrote a letter to expose the dealership and the rate was adjusted. Same as famous people write books about their life. Or, Attorneys publish a Legal Case. Or, a TV show with real Law Enforcement cases. Or, news media reporting people who cause harm.

THE UNTRUTHFULNESS USING THE JUSTICE SYSTEM TO HARASS MS. VIVIAN. INCLUDING SOCIAL ENGINEERING OTHERS TO HAVE THEM STALK MS. VIVIAN 3+ YEARS AFTER THE 3RD RO ENDED. EXPECIALLY WHEN GOOGLE SECURITY WAS CLEARNING MS. VIVIAN NAME FROM THE CYBER BULLY ABUSE & INCLUDING ALL THE DEFENDENTS FALSE POLICE REPORTS & OTHER FALSE ALLIGATIONS WITH PHOTOSHOPPED DOCUMENTS IS SCARY. Ms. Vivian is protecting her decent family history from a Suspect person with a known bully personality plus weapons with training. The LIES grew, bigger and bigger, to cover for other LIEs and harassment tactics. One tactic after the other from a Suspect Stalker who was prior affiliated with the legal system. Devious in how to social engineer important legal authorities (illegally) hadn’t stopped – the stress almost killed Ms. Vivian and more. The person has a documented bully history which continued.

One thing I loved about my Grandpa and he taught me is, no one was beneath him. Also taught much about the inside of Politics in a funny way. He would chuckle at the politicians on the TV. Grandpa would sit on the edge of my Grandmothers leather inlay coffee table with gold trim so to turn the TV channel. I would sit on the couch behind him when 5+ years old watching my Grandpa. Grandpa would turn to me on the couch and say, “Viv honey that’s their story and I’m not stuck with it” and the, “Motto in Washington was ask me no questions and I’ll tell you no lies.” Then Grandpa would chuckle at the Black and White TV Political Hogwash. Never saying a bad word. Simply laughing at them in a funny way. Then, we would go out and have FUN. As I was older then I understood where Grandpa was coming from. I started chuckling at them too.

ALMOST FORGOT: Grandpa use to tell me that his office in Washington DC had microphones or recorders (forgot which one) and he could listen to what the cleaning people said at night 🙂 All the way back then. He kinda chuckled after telling me.

I was ALL over WA-DC when younger on the way to my Grandparents, Ocean City, NJ summer home on the beach boardwalk. We drove. Grandpa and Grandmom stopped at the Gettysburg Battle Field. I saved some dirt from the field in a jar. I’ve read the original; Constitution and Declaration of Independence kept in a glass case in WA-DC. I dined a couple times with important people while very little saying “no thank you I’ve had a sufficiency any more would be an abundancy.” On the way to Ocean City, NJ vacation home then my Grandparents and I, would stop and order Fried Shrimp (which was my FAV when little) in a TO-GO box. Then my Grandparents and I, would sit on a park bench on the water and eat our lunch. That has always been a vivid memory.

Grandpa primarily rented homes. He stated that one time he had millions of Federal Money in his bank account. Grandpa mentioned when buying a home than people could find where you live. When I was little after Uncles and my Mother had grown and moved out, than Grandmom and Grandpa, lived in a very nice Security Apartment that was like a luxury security condo building. The apartment was big. It was nice with marble floors and a security garage that Grandpa would drive his Chevy Impala down into via a security gate. I remember the apartment door was very thick as sometimes would slam behind me, got my finger caught. Could never hear the neighbors as wall were thick and quiet. Only (2) floors with about (3) apartments on each floor. My Elementary school was almost in the backyard on the other side of the field as sometimes a golf ball hit the living room window. Grandmom would walk me to school. I would climb a tree outside and one time got stuck, couldn’t come down. Pretty much when little my birthday with cousin more my age was celebrated at my Grandparents with fancy cakes.

Thanksgivings then Grandpa would have the family to a private room at a fancy restaurant for Turkey so Grandmom didn’t have to cook. Grandpa, said she cooked for the family so much prior

When Grandpa did something it was always quality, sophisticated and classy, but he was always kind and didn’t have an ego.

Grandpa advised when I was little that I would hide his car keys so he couldn’t leave for work. When very young spent most times with my Grandparents due to parents careers etc.

Grandmom & Grandpa took me to the Ice Capades every year. Grandpa provided lots of Ice Skating Lessons. I loved Ice Skating. It’s so beautiful.

Each years Grandmom & Grandpa took me to the Circus when very little. I remember the elephants.

I was walking though the outdoor fancy mall yesterday. There is a big fancy Merry-Go-Round. Reminiscing how my Grandpa would take me to a same Merry-Go-Round and while riding would be a BRASS RING that you could reach over and try to grab. Wonderful memories yesterday of childhood.

My Grandpa ensured we had sooooooo much FUN. Never a dull moment. Most likely why I’m an out’n’about girl all my life. Rarely stay inside for even one day or sitting in front of the TV or on the phone. LOVE going out mingling in my HOOD to see what’s going on, in person 🙂

After Grandpa became an Angel; I would pack a bag and be gone in (1) hour or less on a vacation road trip by myself. I would get up very early at like 5a and simply get in the car at the last minute and be gone with no notice to anyone; Vegas, Carmel to stay at the Highlands Inn, San Diego, Del Mar, friends boat to Catalina, take the Long Island Helicopter by the Queen Mary to Catalina, and to the mountains 100’s of times (sometimes) simply for lunch or dinner or to listen to a live mountain band.

WONDERFUL MEMORY LIFE STORY IS HOW EMDR WORKS FOR PTSD; Reminiscing with Grandparents memories including the Pink & Yellow Heart, Friends, Associates and Career with FUN life and wonderful upbringing. As an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure as Ms. Vivian had to learn the hard way. Why should someone who is known as “nice” even need to associate with a bully type of personality ? EMDR and the Flash Technique trains your brain to forget the bad that was inflicted on ya then get UNSTUCK and think forward to only good. It’s seriously amazing and works quickly. Don’t allow bullies, stalkers and Black Hearted people to destroy your Pink & Yellow Heart outlook on life. LOVE EMDR to get yourself UNSTUCK from evil people hogwash. All to think forward in order to have a FUN and a prosperous life. Laughing, having FUN and enjoying life is the best medicine. However, can be hard to regain your FUN, Pink & Yellow Heart, when feeling stuck. Advised that bullies (mean people) don’t want you to have a FUN life because they want ya to be miserable like them by inflicting misery on others. Ms. Vivian LOVES to see others having wonderful lives as that is why she goes out ALL the time to be around people having FUN. EMDR is a quick and a simple way to think forward and remember all the great things about your life and yourself with rebuilding confidence to enjoy good people again who don’t cause others harm. The EMDR specialist is FUN with a sense of humor as truly down to earth. We laugh all the time. I’m a really GOOD and DECENT person and did NOT deserve what happened and have done NOTHING that the, Suspect Landlord Cyberbully, LIED and labeled; in massive Police reports, and including personal text to her local Law Enforcement to avoid all Stalkers complaints against me from being documented, along with verbally and in court records. I am NOT the person the Suspect Landlord Cyberbully falsely portrayed to Law Enforcement and others or on the Internet in such mass it’s extremely scary to everyone. The Suspect Landlord creates massive horrible situations in her head (I’m straight) and carries those through by creating FAKE self-created documents and more. ALL only started after Ms. Vivian provided a 30 days notice to vacate the Landlord rental room via eMail regarding the Landlords bullying and scam. Ms. Vivian (ME) never was associated with ALL this disgust prior. Unfortunately, causing major health issues making life harder than most to regain. All retained and well documented on Ms. Vivian laptop emails.

It’s not illegal nor a bad thing to stand UP for yourself and say, “I was seriously bamboozled including HOW while the stress of everything associated almost killed me. Then the associated stresses caused heart failure where my heart is ruined for LIFE.” At first Ms. Vivian was too weak and beaten down from the constant harassment, stalking, LIES with Cyber Abuse inclusive too naive with too nice, to truly understand and properly protect.

EMDR provides confidence to Victims again ** You are not the bad things that others did to ya ** To think forward to have FUN with great wonderful life memories ** The bad things are not stuck to ya.

After Grandmom, became an Angel then Grandpa moved to a Southern Gulf Shores small town. He rented at a private resort that had apartments on the back property. It was beautiful right on the Gulf. Grandpa and I, would fine dine at the, Longfellow House Resort, main house. Longfellow was a prior Poet. Grandpa would walk to the local dinner to mingle with the men and have breakfast. Then, walk to the library. Grandpa loved to walk distances and exercise, like I do. He could have driven.

Grandpa paid for my own mid-western Apartment after High School when he relocated to the Gulf Coast Shore. My apartment was in a security building with some of the richer kids as neighbors whose families owned businesses like car dealerships. While I was taking some college courses then Grandpa also provided money to start my own businesses. I tried to start several. A couple started to do alright. Back then I didn’t have search engines to assist in start-up business knowledge. Always wanted to own a business that helped people and/or produced products. I would sew on my Grandmothers sewing machine that Grandpa gifted me, after Grandmom became and Angel. Prior Grandmom showed me how to sew. Grandpa ensured my life was easy with basically no worries. I didn’t need to get married for a paycheck. I looked for true Sparky love with a good family guy. None of my friends were bullies and all had families who did well for a living with lots of FUN. Most my friends worked for their parents. Not many finished college because they decided to own businesses. Then I decided to move to a California wealthy area due to a friend family I grew up with had relocated. Grandpa supported and provided monthly money for the move.

Grandpa ensured I had extra money and for an apartment in California with making my car payments. Then, after about (6) months it was fantastic when Grandpa came out to be with me. We had so much FUN in the beginning until he endured health obstacles. Hardest thing in life was to watch my wonderful Grandpa go from super healthy and FUN, to being sick while, in and out, of the local wealthy hospital. Luckily the local wealthy hospital had some of the best Doctors in the world who helped. Hardest thing I ever endured was watching my Grandpa no longer be able to truly enjoy life while laying in a hospital bed. The morning I received the, unexpected, call advising Grandpa had became an Angel in his sleep then I was devastated, I had no idea that amount of sadness and loneliness existed. To this day, it’s hard to see an elderly person become old. My Grandpa liked being around the younger generation as made him feel young. Grandpa ensured my life was very nice and very easy. Once Grandpa became and Angel I was then instantly thrown into the real world with subjected to major bullies (liars and cheats and worse) people that I had no idea existed nor was I trained to handle. My life prior was like a protective bubble. I put my head down then worked 24/7 in my own business mostly because I missed my Grandpa. I had all the free time that Grandpa and I, would spend together. By the Grace of God, I eventually excelled for a long while with establishing a pretty great career that I loved with global travels on Executives Corporate budgets. Until endured the, Suspect Cyberbully with GOV JOB economics (will be another life story).

Grandpa bought me a 1978 White Camaro after, High School. If I called Grandpa and he didn’t answer for a couple days because back then answering machines weren’t invented yet with landlines, then I worried about my Grandpa to the point I felt sick. I wasn’t use to Grandpa not being around or able to get a hold of him any time I wanted. I worried about him after Grandmom became an Angel. I would instantly hop in the Camaro and drive 14 hours in one swoop to visit him from the Mid-West to Southern Gulf Shores. Stopping in Truck Stops for a break. I would simply show up as I had a key. Grandpa and I, would dine at his regular fine restaurants with white table clothes for, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. For Dinner Grandpa would wear a tie and nice jacket. The waitresses would mention how my Grandpa bragged about me. They called him Grandpa George.

When my Camaro was delivered because I ordered exactly what I wanted. Before I could drive the Camaro then Grandpa ensured I learned all about the engine. How to check the oil, washer fluid etc. Grandpa also had me change a tire as he watched to help. I was not allowed the drive the Camaro until I learned the engine and could change a tire. Later, my Dad taught me how to change my own oil by climbing under the car. One time a Dealership tried to cheat me by advising the thermostat was not the problem. I knew they lied. I had them change the thermostat anyway. After the issue was fixed.

Grandpa would also hide a $100.00 in my Camaro trunk incase I broke down then I always had CASH for a hotel even though I had Grandpa’s credit cards. Grandpa would say, “Viv, honey, you don’t want to be stuck on the road with the crazy’s.”

Great Dads and Grandpa’s ensure their daughters know how to handle life with survival skills to protect themselves, in the real world. Dad’s and Grandpa’s can’t always be there to help you.

Ms. Vivian had to check on Grandpa in person when could not reach Grandpa after he moved down south. One time I found he was in the hospital. My Uncles down south didn’t call me. Later in life I learned his spoiled kids were jealous of our relationship. However, Grandpa paid for the down payments on their homes and bought them nice cars. Grandpa kinda spoiled everyone. It was from his heart. He was very generous and kind.

All Ms. Vivian friends from her mid-west High School parents were business owners. Most large business owners. Their parents bought her friends nice new cars like, TransAms, Camaro’s and TR7’s. They would race and drive around Steak’n’Shake on Saturday nights 🙂

Grandpa then bought Ms. Vivian a new Red Firebird with T-Tops. After the next car Grandpa bought was a new Beige more luxury Camaro with T-Tops that Ms. Vivian drove to California.

When in California Grandpa bought Ms. Vivian a new White Mazda RX7 Convertible.

After Grandpa became an Angel and Ms. Vivian started making lots of her own successful money then she bought herself a White 528 BMW.

THEN THE MOST AWSOME DRIVING MACHINE THAT MS. VIVIAN PURCHASED HERSELF WHILE AT THE TOP OF HER SUCCESS INCOME LEVEL WAS THE ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE 🙂 Her 2001 740IL BMW that took the mountain roads like it was on rails. I got that car up to 105 MPH driving back from Palm Springs at 5a on a Sunday morning with no one else on the road. It floated down the highway :).

What Ms. Vivian likes to dream about before becoming an Angel. Owning the ultimate driving machine a Bugatti 🙂 Ms. Vivian doesn’t sit on the TV couch texting; gossiping, slandering, bullying, harassing others while conjuring up ways to play a FAKE Self-Inflicted Victim creating false documents to destroy others. Ms. Vivian likes to be around FUN people who lift others UP. Too busy dreaming of FUN things before becomes and Angel 🙂 How Ms. Vivian was raised and surrounded with friends.

First month of summer vacation I spent in Ocean City, NJ at my Grandpa’s summer place on the beach. Grandpa and I, road bicycles built for (2) on the boardwalk in the morning. While eating salt water taffy. I would go into the house of mirrors and the boardwalk amusement rides. 2nd month of summer vacation then my parents and I spent a month at my cousins 2nd home in Canada on an Island. My Uncle was President of the Canteen company in Chicago. Dad and I would fish. I would dive off the top of the Boat Shed into the freezing water. My cousins and I, would barefoot ski off the boat dock in our shorts. We would play, Swinging Statues. There were rattlesnakes, possums, bear. I had wonderful summers.

I mention Grandpa often as I’m older. Prior I had so much on my mind in life to succeed. I wanted to be an asset to a guy verses a ball and chain liability. Therefore, I kept trying to make my own way. Many times despite great odds. It’s harder for a girl alone. However, my Grandparents were always with me in spirit. I took time to enjoy and have FUN.

Finding a Mr. Man who was like my Grandpa as; protective, FUN, easy going, smart, honest, and kind with traditional family values was not easy. Grandpa never showed anger or said bad words as that was below him. He also ate healthy. And, Grandpa sent flowers with wonderful dinner conversations and manors. Grandpa was never cruel to anyone and lots of FUN. Although a great career he never had an ego. Men like my Grandpa are very rare. As I went out often and more than any girls I know, I was out looking. Most guys in CA don’t ask girls on dates they wait for the girls to ask them, not a proper start. Women here are more bold hitting on guys and was not in my personality. Or, I had guys who were actually my fathers age (sometimes older) hitting on me. That was quite shocking and frankly seemed superficial. Finally, it all worked out.

Grandpa (mothers side) spoiled me for other guys as I might expect too much. Fighting, control, dishonesty (foolishness) I saw in other relationships (primarily in CA) including some I had, were very draining and not FUN. I never really heard my parents fight. They were strict but they never fought. I never heard my Grandparents fight. My Grandpa treated my Grandmom very nicely. He bought her nice things. Pretty happy households. A little shocked when visiting married friends in CA seeing them fight in front of their children. I would look at the the sadness on their children’s faces in shock, it would hurt looking at their faces. The parents didn’t seem to notice or care. I never wanted that to be the face on my own children. Only happy memories like my Grandparents provided.

I mention Grandpa often because guys like my Grandpa are rare. Grandpa was super intelligent as well. I heard Grandpa went with a friend to take a Government test while in college at PENN State. Grandpa only missed one question. Therefore, the Government hired him. Grandpa would read the Dictionary and the Newspaper.

My DAD; We had the flattest back yard in the neighborhood. My Dad, would lime off like a Football Field, Socker Field, Base Ball Field. Dad would make a ramp to jump with our snow sleds, out of ice and snow during winter season. I would play out in the Snow until I was pretty much almost frozen. Then go inside to put my clothes in the dryer and head back out to play in the Snow. I could kick and throw a Football Spiral better than any kid in the neighborhood. Dad had played Football in college. He also played with all the neighborhood kids. Also, Dad would flip me around with gymnastics doing summersaults over his head. He also, was like a big kid. Prior, Air Force then working for a DoD contactor until retired from same JOB. My Dad and Grandpa, were not out cheating on my Mom and Grandmom. It always seems marriages are more open in CA, that is not me nor how I would raise a family under that type of foolishness. Dad was very honest with a good JOB from the time out of AF to retirement he had the same JOB. Also worked on the house keeping it maintained on weekends with building things like new cabinets, outdoor planter boxes, painting the house. Our house was always kept in great shape. Dad, also sang in the choir at our Episcopal Church where his ashes are laid to rest in the lobby. He also sang in a Quartet, he was in some shows.

My Dad ensured I could handle a car in the Ice and Snow. When turned 16, my Dad would take me to parking lots when there was Ice and Snow on the ground. Dad, had a brown Station Wagon he drove to work and also picked me up, when I rode my bike too far and had to be home to set the Dinner Table for Dinner. However, Dad’s other car was a Silver Vega (his pretend sports car). Dad would take me to a large parking lot filled with ICE and SNOW. He taught me how to SPIN DONUTS IN THE ICE AND SNOW in the car. How to handle a car on Ice and Snow. It saved me many times. I had NO fear to drive when streets were filled with Ice and Snow.

When Dad, went to the hardware store I wanted to go. We would get Ice Cream next store. I would help my Dad, build things.

My first boy friend later in High School years name was Steve, who drove a sports car that he worked on the engine himself which was a Ford Capri. Also had a motorcycle, Suzuki 400 that I would ride on the back. I also drove the motorcycle a few times myself. My Dad, almost had a heart attack when Steve pulled a wheely with me on back while riding in front of our house. Steve went to the private Catholic School. I’d watch Steve work on his car and motorcycle. I was a little perplexed when he had left over parts. Steve had a Trampoline as his house. We would do summersaults/flips on his trampoline.

Growing up in the mid-west families had so much FUN. We could run from yard to yard. None of my friends parents were out cheating on their spouses and shuffling their kids from, home to home, or through courts trying to get alimony.

Lots of kids in my neighborhood. US girls would place blankets over my Swing-Set and on the ground. We would camp out in my back yard. Running threw the neighborhood at night and tee-pee the neighbor boys houses. Sharon family had a pool. In the middle of the night we would jump the fence and go swimming in her pool. We swam in Sharon’s family pool all the time, playing Marco-Polo. We caught FIRE-FLY’s and placed in Jars with holes in the lids.

Pretty much everyone in our neighborhood had a Dog. I had a Cat and Dog. Dad would crack the sliding glass door so the Dog and Kitty could come and go, as they pleased. The neighbors Dogs would poop in our yard. Our Dog would poop in their Yard. It would dry and then my Dad or I, would suck it up with the Lawn Mower. I stepped in Doggy Doo, a lot. Simply used the hose to wash it off and go play some more. No one cared. However, when I moved to CA then people kinda get hysterical over a neighbors Dog poop.

Never saw a homeless person growing up in the mid-west. Police were never in our neighborhood. Never saw any crimes. Never around a person with a criminal record. Pretty shocked when moved to CA and quite the opposite, even in nice areas where the wealthy reside.

I take after my Grandmom (mothers side). I like quiet and very kind speaking people too. I get a little nervous around bullies and clam up. I didn’t talk as much as other girls. Friends use to say, “Viv, doesn’t talk much but when she does it’s funny.” When moved to CA, then some friends I hung out with had younger children. One Stock Broker friend that I baby sat for had mentioned that her kids looked at me thinking, “she looks like an adult but acts like one of us.” I would always make their kids laugh and giggle while joking around. Kids should laugh a lot and be silly. When I moved to OC, CA the kids don’t really laugh like kids in other states and areas.

My Grandmom (my fathers side) would make Sunday dinner at her home every Sunday. Every week we went to visit for dinner and I would hang out all day. She had honeysuckle trees along her back yard. Dinner was Roasted Lamb or other delicious dinner. We would say a prayer before dinner. Grandmom on my fathers side was active in her local Episcopal church. After dinner than I would watch a Disney movie on my Grandmoms TV. My parents and I, would not leave until my Disney movie was over. Grandmom had a white China Kitty Bowl with a lid on her coffee table. Inside would be M&Ms. Grandpa on my fathers side was a Pharmacists. He became an Angel fairly young from cancer. Same as how my Dad, became an Angel.

Unfortunately, I didn’t obtain Grandpa’s (mothers side) book intelligence. School was a struggle but I ended up later in life a visual thinking person in how to make things work beyond books. I ended up driving, Global Recruiting Strategies on (a few) CEO’s and Vice Presidents budgets. My brain thinks past books. I can get board in a dull JOB. Like to keep moving forward and learning new things (directly) not in books so much. Love Art. Love watching people build things like on the, Home and Garden TV Show, I watch at the gym each morning while doing Cardo.

Where I live now in CA the bullies are massive as advised it’s the “superficial culture here.” Was not accustomed to watching my back, was not in my upbringing nor nature. Biggest mistake moving to CA. Cost me my entire retirement, health and lack of traditional family values in my life.

I mention my Grandparents often. I thought that I would come across more people like them out in the world. I don’t in CA as much. Protecting myself from the enclosed was beyond my; upbringing, knowledge, capability, comprehension. I did find that you could LIE and manipulate the local Justice System simply because you had higher level associations vs the Plaintiff. The cruelty and stalking continued beyond to complete destruction for many years and escalated. You can’t stand up for yourself as bullies and stalkers then become more intense.

ONE big thing I don’t understand is why (some) Women are jealous of other Women. I don’t see that in other cultures. I worked globally and they protect and help their culture women with class, intelligence and respect. They are very well respected in the office world. Once I started doing well in life, after not protected by my Grandpa when he became an Angel, then I was taken back how life was different. I was seen as competition to be destroyed. I actually became kinder the more successful I was. I wanted to help others. Prior, my friends were always, richer, prettier, more confident, better personalities and more intelligent. I liked being around people better than myself as inspirational. I learned from them. I was proud of the people I knew and to be associated. It’s not easy to be successful in life.

When, the 2015 POTUS was running I then looked on the new FLOTUS FB. I was horrified to see how only my culture women made the cruelest comments regarding a Lady they didn’t know. Later, Americas FLOTUS was the hardest working FLOTUS in the world who ensured global children would be happy and safe. Just like my Grandpa would. Bullies may paint how they want. However, I like myself and glad I’m not like them. Or, allow myself to be used to destroy a nice girl to exercise their power when they don’t get what they want. Right now, I may not be truly rich or successful due to ALL enclosed. I’ve been “open game of stalkers/bullies humiliation and attacks.” The worst is when the Justice System comes at you, based on lies and manipulations, from what ONLY ‘appeared’ an upstanding person. All while the Justice System would not speak directly to Ms. Vivian in order to obtain the TRUTH. By trying to find out what Ms. Vivian needed, was looking for, or what TRULY happened to understand directly. However, egotistically ensuring a local humiliated disgrace by jumping on the Suspect Stalkers “band wagon.” The ugliest emotion is EGO when they can’t see the “forest for the trees” from being too self-centered. Never allowing to obtain your life back without worry and to understand what is truly going on around you. It was all so, mind boggling, to understand while worrying why the Justice System couldn’t be, upfront and honest. All so to carry on an honest conversation to FIX THE POBLEM sooner than endure more suffering. All so Ms. Vivian could move on in life. Sneaky tactics creating more years of destruction based ONLY off the Suspect Landlords LIEs and Manipulations. Always in the dark with Stalkers. Talk about the hardest of uphill battles causing inability to overcome the PTSD and to move on in life, sooner than later. Ms. Vivian kept going out to have FUN so to overcome.

I had very high respect for 1st Responders. More than anyone I knew. I wanted to marry a 1st Responder as they helped with my Grandpa often when sick. Had a crush on one that came when my Grandpa needed help. They would ensure I was alright too. Even though I got a lot of tickets when driving my more high-end cars (a white 528 BMW / 740IL BMW). I love cars and to drive them. Also love Helicopters and Jet Boats. In my younger days my Friend Sharon, had a major crush on a COP. We would hang at his apartment. When older moved to CA then when I had money I donated to the Newport Beach Police. We even had pictures taken with them while out around town having cocktails. They were FUN to hang with. Some COPs from LA would rent a beach home in Newport. My friend Christy and I, would roller-blade on the Board Walk, by their house then stop for a beer or wine. I kinda dated one in a way when in Newport. They were always pretty kind to myself with FUN and Goofy. One time I was driving 90mph down PCH into Corona Del Mar, in my; Convertible White Mazda RX7 with the top down after a Mai-Tia prior. There were COPS all stopping me, PDQ. I told the truth with how fast I knew that I was going when they asked. Well, they let me slide because I told the truth. I always thought COPS knew the truth from a LIE as simply in their training. I heard the other guys racing me, had lied, they went to Jail.

Even helped an FBI Investigator with inside information regarding a, Fugitive from Justice (below story when I was a renter). Additionally, I was working for a company that was cheating Time Share owners in Mexico. I heard story after story from customers cheated out of a LOT of money. I turned over to FBI. Some CA People want to live a life style they can’t afford to appear something they are NOT. They can’t afford to live unless cheating people. It’s considered the normal here to be “superficial”. Not like the mid-west or south.

THIS IS THE THE TRUTH: During Ms. Vivian Toxic Mold case while Defense conducted a Deposition of Ms. Vivian the billion dollar Landlord Lady Attorneys exact words were, “How come you have an excuse for everything?” I replied these exact words, “Because I’m telling you the truth.” The billion dollar Landlord Attorneys with their Property Management Attorneys about (5) of them, then leaned back in their chairs, speechless.

I may not know high level people in the local, Court Justice System, so to call before court hearings to manipulate, LIE and create false documents — while legally harassing innocent people so to destroy a victim more .. However, I told the TRUTH and I have done NOTHING to the Defendant, Suspect. Basically, I’m called a “sitting duck.” I will go to heaven though and have no doubt about that. Simply need to ensure the Cyber Suspect Bully doesn’t destroy my good family name and reputation further using the disgusting photoshopped documents and LIES. The damage already was beyond.

When you are TRULY being harmed by someone or something than telling the TRUTH cannot be broken by, Liars, Cheats, Bullies. They’ll have to create more LIES to cover for their other LIES, until snowballs to having “egg on their own faces”. There are always ways to verify the TRUTH, if the Justice System isn’t LAZY to find the TRUTH. And, you have an Attorney and Legal System who is TRUTH-full as well.

However, the Cyber Bully Suspect who was prior in the legal field would say “Police and Judges are Lazy.” I aways thought being honest then the Justice System would know and see the truth. It’s very scary when the Justice System won’t take time to speak directly and to know the truth from a true Victim. Simply sneaking around causing more trouble based on LIES and EGOs. NO ONE (truly) provided a true chance NOR took time to see the TRUTH. Therefore, then escalated beyond healthy return for Ms. Vivian. Verses asking what I needed AND what I was dealing with AND what help I was looking for so to move on in life. Instead of sneaking around with everyone trying to cover themselves vs FIXING the issue, for years. Never upfront and honest.

I’m from the mid-west raised by an Air Force Dad to talk straight or I was grounded. Therefore, unless people are upfront and act respectably than it’s a waste of their time – as that is all I understand and can comprehend. It was (basically) to stop the cyber abuse and later the stalking with false police reports to continually use Law Enforcement and others to stalk and harass Ms. Vivian, all due to a fake victim act. Simple. The Justice System made it a 1000 times more complicated and stressful. The continued destruction of Ms. Vivian had escalated to almost dying from Heart Shock and Heart Failure. It was taken too far by the Justice System who should have seen the TRUTH. It all could have been stopped much sooner to preserved Ms. Vivian well being. No ONE cared to operate, UPFRONT, and honestly.

My wonderful Grandparents upbringing and kindness ensuring I had a, Pink & Yellow Heart, visual of life then was almost destroyed like the life story of the Artist Black Heart’s life. Therefore, this website HOPEing to ensure I won’t endure more harm and become – jaded – drug down to a bully girl mentality to survive.

I’m sure while surrounded by other, Pink & Yellow Heart(s) with folks who are upfront and honest then life will be just like my Grandparents raised. Stalkers are not welcome in my world as God (also) says they are evil too. I’m sure my Grandparents didn’t spend all their time to ensure I was happy and a FUN girl only to have mean people destroy all their wonderful memories. I don’t want to look back on my life as having to be a bully/mean girl to survive as someone evil with a Black Heart like some women I’ve met via; bullies, harassers, mean…… Who wants to be on their Angel Bed all mean and angry, while associated with ALL the disgusting filth the Cyber Bully associated.

I’d rather head to heaven while laughing and saying; Thanks God and Jesus, it was a cool life’s ride I’m leaving behind good memories for people with my successes that made the world a better place, and I never disappointed my Grandparents.

What went on with the Landlord/Cyber Bully associations was very wrong and had continued in an attempt to completely destory with no fear of being caught nor interrupting global internet service providers and clients services….. It was a cruel and heartless the continued stalking attacks that cost Ms. Vivian greatly as her heart went into Heart Failure. Luckily, Ms. Vivian had a wonderful Grandpa who kept her thinking forward despite all odds with the Stalkers “jumping on the band wagon.”

Grandmom Dorothy & Grandpa, George Hicks who reported to Presidents approving DoD budgets for NASA Air Force/Navy as Naval Aerospace Commanding Engineer. Grandpa taught me to be kind to people, respectful, entrepreneurial minded and be silly having FUN (we had fun and laughed all the time). Additionally, to speak up as I was quiet-shy prior to everything that happened (below). Didn’t know how to protect self from; liars, cheats, bullies, stalkers, evil – the people raised as opposite.

Grandpa would have the Florist deliver Flowers on my Birthday and Valentines. I would place the bouquet’s of Flowers next to my bed on the nightstand. During Easter I had the largest Easter Egg Basket filled with Easter Eggs and a big Chocolate Bunny. The Tooth Ferry left money under my pillow when losing a tooth. While at school sometimes $5.00 and $10.00 bills would fall out of my books. Or, Grandpa would place money underneath the edge of my carpet to hide from my parents :). During Christmas Grandpa would expose my presents early then place back under the tree. Grandpa was FUN like a big kid.

After grocery shopping Grandmom would hide the cookies in a lower back cabinet not out in plain sight. Grandmom would put away the groceries then went to the bedroom to change. Grandpa would grab me and we would sneak into the kitchen (quietly tip toeing) where Grandpa showed me where Grandmom hid the cookies. Grandpa and I, would take a couple then run back to the living room while laughing – he, he, he.

When Grandmom was in the hospital with a stroke I gave her Yellow Roses. To this day my Internet handle stories and nice visuals are about, Pink & Yellow Roses/Heart. Because I like Pink and gave my Grandmom Yellow (the Yellow were prettier brighter). Interesting truth is, I awoke in the middle of the night approximately 15 minutes before the phone rang, just laying in my bed in the middle of the night. My parents answered the phone. I heard them say, “Ok, thank you.” Father advised the next day that Grandmom had become an Angel. I could feel she was gone and instantly awoke before the phone rang. Since then was advised Grandmom and I, are alike. I know Grandmom has saved me more than once (that would be another story in itself).

Grandmom read bed-time stories when I stayed with them. Which was often as my Grandparents lived in a security building right by my school and due to parents’ careers etc. There was one thick book with many different stories that my Grandmom would read from. Grandmom and I, would sit at the Kitchen table while she showed me how to manicure my own nails. To this day I rarely go to the nail salon like other women here. I still use the same small cutical scissors my Grandmom and I, used. I would be devastated if ever lost them. We would paint our nails, baby pink, together. During Easter we colored massive Easter Eggs.

Grandmom gave me a Doll with a Red Velvet Dress and Bonnet. Grandpa said, she had the Sales Lady climb up a ladder to a top shelf to particularly obtain that Doll for me.

My birthdays were the best. Grandpa ensured I had everything on my list.

Lots of Hugs & Kisses with I Love you’s. I was truly fortunate to have wonderful Grandparents.

Grandpa would take me shopping at the more high-end department stores. He would provide his credit card. While I was in the stores then Grandpa would sit by the Fountain. When kids walked by than Grandpa would give them money to throw in the Fountain and to make a wish. Grandpa wanted all kids wishes to come true.

Grandpa waited during my Ballet Lessons, Tap Dancing Lessons, Ice Skating Lessons, English Horse Back Riding Lessons. Always showing up at my Elementary School to ensure I was alright.  I would see him standing in the background in his Dark Green London Fog coat with brown engraved leather buttons. The principal met me coming in the door every morning.

Wonderful Grandparent memories helped to sustain through the bully, mean, people. I owe my Grandparents so much. HOPE to see them in heaven to say “Thank You.” (I hope this inspires other Grandparents as their wonderful memories will live on, forever).

I certainly couldn’t live with myself treating people like the below.

Grandpa moved to California. Ms. Vivian took care of him, In and out, of the local wealthy area hospital until he became an Angel. Grandpa developed Alzheimer, his intestines burst, then brain tumor. Ms. Vivian was unable to retain a full-time stable JOB nor Career nor date much from 30-40 years old with Grandpa various health issues. Grandpa came first. After Grandpa became an Angel than Ms. Vivian had time to start a truly successful career. Ms. Vivian Grandparents are in a beautiful mid-western Mausoleum. Ms. Vivian has a grave outside the Mausoleum to be near her Grandparents.

Good thing as filed false Police Report(s) and TEXT complaints TO LOCAL POLICE with photoshopped documents appears foolish playing a fake self-inflicted victim act (allegedly) from what Ms. Vivian was advised. Ms. Vivian has covered herself every step of the way to prevent from further false accusations that Ms. Vivian is a horrible person associated with obscenities that she did not have associations prior and would never harm anyone. All to set Ms. Vivian up using Law Enforcement. Have found nothing and never will. She’s tracked everywhere for Safety. Doesn’t even search Suspect(s) name on the internet or mention Suspects name for over 10 years. Her laptop(s) computer forensics will show the truth. Therefore, created this website. Ms. Vivian is tracked everywhere. Even when out of town is tracked. Thank Goodness, as prevents the Suspect Cyber Bully from more false self-victim acts.

Ms. Vivian leaving CA for a southern raised wonderful executive global corporation, upstanding, man. Was her goal to leave when all this happened was up for a JOB in the east. Ms. Vivian with anyone who knew her states is (basically) too nice, a decent human being, who helped others even during hard times. Ms. Vivian was quiet and meek and tremors in fear. Ms. Vivian was NEVER known as a bully. Ms. Vivian was polite and scared to death. Ms. Vivian trusted Law Enforcement with the court system (locally) and turned-out that a News Investigator found calls were made to court clerks and judges before court hearings to sway rulings before court with other false and illegal actions. Ms. Vivian knows she’ll go to heaven. The disgusting fake (altered and photoshopped) documents (massive other) destroying her kindness and image with disgusting pictures is horrible and advised to stand up publicly and claim not her.  The fact that horrible destructive LIES with FAKE obscene documents are shown around to Law Enforcement and others still haunts Ms. Vivian as a conservative lady who causes no harm. Ms. Vivian never-ever had her image portrayed with such disgust on the Internet or anywhere until providing a 30 day notice to vacate a (well documented bully) Suspects room rental and when found a hole in the bottom of the bath door with hidden camera that the Defendant said in Small Claims had no photos. Ms. Vivian has pictures. Prior persons as witness.

The Suspect even had Law Enforcement retaliating against Ms. Vivian AND ALSO while being cyber abused and lied about. Could you endure this ? Luckily, Ms. Vivian had a wonderful Grandpa in the past with great upstanding childhood memories. She knew who she was and thought they would eventually see the truth. However, the uphill battle and the costs were astronomical.

WHILE SAVING THE GOOD UPSTANDING FAMILY NAME BY EXPLAINING CIRCUMSTANCES OUT OF VICTIMS CONTROL – ACLU & “EM-X” Freedom of Speech does not include, Black Hat SEO deformation abuse to destroy an entire family name on illegal, obscene, and criminal pictures of others. NOR creating FAKE photo documents depicting a decent person associated with obscenities. Any further court action and lies will ensure exposed (publicly). Ms. Vivian was CC: on the emails and retains those on her computer as hard evidence.

Suspect painted and photoshopped horrible pictures of Ms. Vivian to Law Enforcement and even Ms. Vivian own Attorney and others. Ms. Vivian is far from a degenerate associated with obscenities or someone who takes advantage and harms others. If you take advantage and harm others as a bully and lived the life Suspect Cyber Stalker portrayed of Ms. Vivian, than would not be living in fear with documented PTSD and associated stress heart issues. Ms. Vivian Grandmom passed early and they were best friends. Ms. Vivian never wanted to buy a place to be stuck in CA with major high; HOA’s, property taxes and crimes etc. And, she loves southern/mid-west raised guys to date as they actually ask you on a date, with proper manors. Along with a home and big yard with trees.

Won’t have some —- destroy Ms. Vivian good nature or family upbringings to embarrass an entire GOOD RESPECTABLE FAMILY to Law Enforcement or anyone so to entice them to come after Ms. Vivian, by labeling a horrible person while associated with disgusting obscenities and acts. Ms. Vivian was raised better. Ms. Vivian has been honest and many have known her for 35 years to be meek, never a bully. Even News Investigator. When Ms. Vivian rented Suspects room rental she showed her bank statements with $1,000’s in the bank + receiving full unemployment at the time. She was up for a consulting JOB on the East Coast waiting for an answer to move quick. At the time her previous JOB income was $8,000.-$16,000. per month with an investment firm, which was confirmed with stubs and taxes. However, LYING Suspect stated to Law Enforcement and others she was supporting Ms. Vivian. Suspect wanted CASH RENT. THEREFORE, Ms. Vivian ensured documented in email the payments. The hard-core evidence is on Ms. Vivian computers to this day VIA DESKTOP EMAIL PROGRAM AS EVERYTHING SAVED. Prior Ms. Vivian was staying in an expensive HOTEL EXTENDED STAY VERY NICE SUITE across from her employer as her hours were long from 5a-9p with an investment firm (well documented). The Suspect has stated Ms. Vivian was homeless and she took Ms. Vivian in as a favor. Ms. Vivian spends money going out often. She has heart health issues which her Blue Cross Insurance was $500.00 a month + high deductible. Ms. Vivian retained her PPO self Blue Cross Insurance from 1996-2011 until OBCare cancelled the plan. Her Health Insurance Agent is a witness.

Seriously and Truthfully: Many around Newport know Ms. Vivian in the fine restaurants for 30 years with massive associations. Ms. Vivian favorite thing is dressing up nice and frequenting the local fine restaurants with Staff while running into the neighborhood regular customers on certain nights. Over 30 years to mingle. She most always orders food and tips well. Ms. Vivian worked virtual most her career. Went out often after work to get out of the house. There are massive witnesses over 30 years to Ms. Vivian NEVER acting disrespectful NOR in an obscene manor or associated with less than respectable, quality, people etc. In fact, quite the opposite of polite, conservatively dressed and respectful. Never leaving with the local wealthy men she carries on intelligent and nice conversations, which they respected her. Always formal, respectable, dating. Ms. Vivian can always Subpoena them too.

ONE REASON FOR ALL THE PICTURES BELOW & DOCUMENTS AT THE END IS ADVISED THE CYBER BULLY SUSPECT PORTRAYED MS. VIVIAN IN HORRIBLE (obscene and sick minded) WAYS. Basically, as a worthless trash women and WON’T MENTION HERE as DISGUSTING PHOTOSHOPPED PICTURES associated with MORE DISGUSTING ACTIONS. As time went on the Suspect created MORE AND MORE false documents and LIES. Was caught in one LIE then tried to cover-up with other false documents and LIES. WHILE ASSOCIATED MS. VIVIAN WITH MILLIONS OF PAGES OF DISGUSTING & OBSCENE BLACK HAT SEO LINKS. At the magnitude the Suspect Cyber Bully came at Ms. Vivian which continued for years is massive. MS. VIVIAN DID NOTHING BUT OPERATE HONESTLY ASKING FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT AND LOCAL JUDGES HELP, TO NO AVAIL. Ms. Vivian had never retaliated as proof on Ms. Vivian computers she had forensically copied as a back up. WISH SHE NEVER MOVED TO CALIFORNIA FROM THE MID-WEST, NICE, DECENT MIDDLE-CLASS UPBRINGING. MS. VIVIAN HEART IS NOW DIAGNOSED WITH STRESS CARDIOMYOPATHY. NEWPORT DOCTORS STATED PRIOR “AT DEATHS DOOR” AND AFTER HAD HEART FAILURE. MS. VIVIAN WANTS PEOPLE TO KNOW IN CASE IT HAPPENS AGAIN AND SHE BECOMES AN ANGEL THAT SHE IS NOT THE PERSON THE UNTRUTHFUL SUSPECT PORTRAYED HER AS TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AND MANY OTHERS.

In fact, most times Ms. Vivian is advised she’s “too nice” and enjoys; dressing nice, shopping and going out for lunch and dinner with the gym. News Investigator says makes others jealous. It’s how she was raised in the nice mid-west middle-class to be respectable and have FUN. Law Enforcement has seen all Ms. Vivian pictures over the years with having FUN with friends on their Boats, dinning out, the gym where 1st Responders also work out.

2023; AS IF MS. VIVIAN HADN’T ENDURED ENOUGH THEN RECENTLY – brandished a gun:

THEN JUST RECENTLY HAPPEND. LAW ENFORCEMENT COULDN’T DO ANYTHING UNTIL HE POINTED A GUN. Sheriffs and Federal tried but CA laws prevented. A phycologist lady located next door had stated the guy was a “shit show.”

After this Ms. Vivian heart went into Stress Cardiomyopathy for a while with escalating another health issue. When providing a statement to Sheriffs her legs were shaking so badly she couldn’t stand up. Ms. Vivian tremors when in fear after everything. Appears lived on the streets most his life. He would leave flowers on Ms. Vivian car. Others witnessing his drug items left while witnessed Ms. Vivian desperately trying to avoid the homeless man. Many would call and warn her when seeing him outside or around just in case she needed to leave. The Sheriffs always came quickly with several COP cars when called over 2 years. They would try to reason with him. However due to California law unable to help. UNTIL LATER the homeless man brandished a Gun at Ms. Vivian while in her car with the window down. Ms. Vivian sped out warning a Nurse entering the parking lot. The Defendant chased Ms. Vivian in her car while pointing the gun as she drove ahead waving down a Firetruck. 1/25/22 (note): Top Cardiologist stated Ms. Vivian, Injection Rate, is now 53% after the CT scan with contrast. A low normal. Ms. Vivian is no longer in complete heart failure. However, has Stress Cardiomyopathy from the abuse. The Hospital ER doctor mentioned Ms. Vivian was “at deaths door” associated to the stresses. Prior her injection rate was 65%.

On 5/2020: GOD, tested Ms. Vivian. GOD saved Ms. Vivian after she spoke to him while looking at the white tile ceiling in the hospital E.R. saying 2x’s “this can’t be it there are still things I want to do with my life.” Talking to God after the Nurse requested her “next of kin.” Then, GOD, provided Ms. Vivian the; desire, intelligence, and stamina to rebuild her heart. ALL on her own. Doctors wanted to operate when her heart was weakest. Ms. Vivian said NO. Doctors wanted to shove massive heart failure meds at Ms. Vivian. She said NO. Ms. Vivian would only take her A-FIB lowest dosage med at 120ml, which doctors stated would not help. Ms. Vivian started walking on the treadmill for 10 minutes, then 20, then 40. Ms. Vivian started lifting light weights then heavy weights. Ms. Vivian started riding bike at level 5 then 15. Over 3 years her heart Injection Rate went from 12%, to 30%, to 40% while her TOP Cardiologist was shocked.

9/2023: Ms. Vivian took a Heart Treadmill Stress Test and passed for women her age in mid 60’s. This was GODs work who provided Ms. Vivian the needed stamina in her heart and sole to persevere. GOD, knew Ms. Vivian loved life (an out’n’about girl) and he wanted to teach her to enjoy the life that he gave her, again. It was GODs test. Ms. Vivian is truly happy in her heart, again. She’s smiling all the time, again. Ms. Vivian is joking around and giddy like before. Because she knows that GOD saved her after speaking with him (GODs way of showing the light). GOD has been driving her to persevere. Ms. Vivian has never been happier since all the below started 15 years ago. Ms. Vivian knows GOD, saved her to do great things and help people. Ms. Vivian always helped people before (enclosed) and was always nice and considerate while extremely happy. She never harmed others. This was GODs work as her TOP Cardiologist with TOP Hospital was even shocked while looking at her CT scan w/contract results. Her TOP Cardiologist advised “keep doing what you are doing.” And, Ms. Vivian didn’t take any of the Cardiologist Heart Failure Medications. BTW: All the doctors said that Ms. Vivian’s Injection Rate would never increase and she would be (basically) in heart failure on meds forever. Although currently heart damaged as Cardiomyopathy.

HEALTH STRESSES – MS. VIVIAN WAS “AT DEATHS DOOR” & WHEN SHE SPOKE TO GOD, HE SAVED HER.

Ms. Vivian, does not want to look back at her life (again) while looking at the Hospital, Emergency Room, white-tile ceiling thinking; “This can’t be it, there are still things I want to do with my life.” Ms. Vivian, old heart pills had stopped working under the stress. Ms. Vivian was on her 2.5 hour walk from Balboa Isl over Ferry to the Peninsula down to the Wedge and back. God, spared Ms. Vivian, for a reason. It was too coincidental, that the Beach Island home owner opened-up his door at approximately 8a (early morning) and right when Ms. Vivian needed to asked him to call an ambulance due to extensive pressures on her chest causing her to sit down. Ms. Vivian hadn’t taken her iPhone while out walking as too big for her pocket. It was too coincidental, that her heart waited until the ambulance arrived at the hospital and a highly trained 35 years E.R. Nurse placed Ms. Vivian on the E.R. bed while connecting the heart monitor within (2) minutes of Ms. Vivian, heart failing. Within (2) minutes connecting Ms. Vivian IV and heart monitor, than the Nurse started screaming; “she’s dropping 50, 40, 30!” After the Nurse screamed, the ER with (3) other Nurses came running to Ms. Vivian E.R. room. They were quickly collaborating. A technician came who started shocking her heart. During which a Nurse was asking for Ms. Vivian “next of kin.” Ms. Vivian felt the life slip out of her body and her organs shutting down. While doctors were desperately trying to save her life. Ms. Vivian, looked at the white-tile ceiling and thought twice; “this can’t be it, there are still things I want to do with my life.” Directly, after speaking with God, an Indian ICU doctor came running in her room and injected Ms. Vivian with something. Ms. Vivian said to the 35 year Nurse who was holding her hand and wiping her forehead; “I can feel my body starting to work again, like it’s coming back to life.” Ms. Vivian was provided blood drug and alcohol tests. She had zero drugs or alcohol in her system. Ms. Vivian takes vitamins with only (1) medication heart pill. The remainder heart pills still in the bottle, showing she only took (1) the night before. She retains that bottle of heart pills as was the only medication ordered and picked up. Since in the hospital she didn’t need that bottle of heart pills due to IV medications.

MS. VIVIAN TRIED TO USE THE LEGAL SYSTEM AND BEGGED FOR HELP FROM LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT, TO NO AVAIL:

(2) male Attorneys were shocked and brought to tears after reviewing the cyber abuse. Other Attorneys were speechless while mentioned the most cruel cyber-harassment tactics they’ve reviewed. The Attorneys referred to the attack on Ms. Vivian as, cyber-torture. The Attorneys were also frightened.

Ms. Vivian only tried to take the “proper” and “honest” legal actions to no avail. Ms. Vivian became very scared due to such extensive events that others stated could not endure. She would tremor in fear of the next attack. Eventually, Law Enforcement acknowledged when Ms. Vivian received an eMail to meet with Chief of Police and FBI Investigator Lady only after the 3rd RO, then Police were watching the Internet. However, it continued and Ms. Vivian life was living in fear behind, Safe At Home Program. Always moving around.

Additionally, Ms. Vivian laptops and phone show she only conversed with men for dates. Ms. Vivian is straight. Her Laptop hard-drives and phone records prove only contacted men for dates. Additionally, the Ms. Vivian name was Black-HAT SEO “anchor-tagged” onto disgusting internet pictures of others illegal actions.  Ms. Vivian reported the links to IC3.gov and was punished for reporting accurate information as the Victim by local Detective in Suspect Cyber Bully jurisdiction. Ms. Vivian received global death threats with zero help all while Suspect had Law Enforcement retaliate for years.. She was retaliated against from every avenue a Victim can endure, due to lies. ALL until after 3rd RO then sending certified mail flash drives with exhibit evidence to other states District Attorneys, CIA, FBI, 2015 running President with Google & Yahoo Executives. Ms. Vivian, was (initially) thrown under-the-bus by anyone in her current state who could help the TRUE VICTIM stop the abuse and so the victim could move-on with her life. • Luckily, Ms. Vivian was raised to (basically) turn, lemons into lemonade (so to speak) by enjoying life with having a good heart. Mainly, she’s a girl who was always out-n-bout. Her and her, Grandfather(best friend) laughed and joked often with fine-dining, travels, and having FUN.

• Ms. Vivian has enjoyed the gym since 20 years old as loves to workout and be active. Why she continues with the gym almost every morning at approx. 6:30a, even after heart shock and failure. • To clear the cyber abuse, Ms. Vivian had to sell her grandmothers jewelries and other jewelries from her grandfather. Ms. Vivian was devastated and cried for several days until the whites of her eyes turned blood red.

• Ms. Vivian was raised a decent person in nice mid-west home who doesn’t harm others than have no idea of others harmful mentalities or intentions to cause harm. Victim had no idea how to protect herself against a bully. It would require someone in Law Enforcement to recognize and stop. Stalker had Ms. Vivian running around in circles trying to protect herself from one of stalkers harassment tactics, after another. It was basically, impossible, for Ms. Vivian to protect herself, without hiding under Safe At Home.

LANDLORD SUSPECT SERIES OF EVENTS:

• When Ms. Vivian rented Suspect Bully Landlord room rental. Landlord wanted CASH RENT. Ms. Vivian believing as her prior Agent knowing for years then would not be a problem. However, Ms. Vivian ensured it was documented in email. At the time Ms. Vivian had $1,000’s in the bank + receiving full unemployment. Ms. Vivian was up for a Consulting JOB on the East Coast waiting for an answer to move quick. Her previous income was $8K-$16K per month with an investment firm. Ms. Vivian was staying at the Extended Stay Suites across from her employer due to her prior hours from 5a-8p. Only looking to rent a room to save money for relocation. Landlord advised Police Ms. Vivian was homeless and landlord was supporting. This was
• MS. VIVIAN WAS BULLIED WHEN RENTING which is well documented in eMail sent directly to Landlord. Ms. Vivian sent 2 eMails regarding the bullying. After Ms. Vivian sent the 1st email then the Landlord Suspect asked Ms. Vivian to stay by stating it was the Landlords “strong personality.” Landlord has a documented history of a bully personality.
• The 2nd time Ms. Vivian was aggressively bullied by Landlord Suspect. Ms. Vivian provided a 30 day notice with specifics in email. One was because Ms. Vivian did not want to sign her name to Landlords Mortgage receipts. Ms. Vivian was asked to sign receipts to show paying more rental income than Ms. Vivian was paying for what appeared, not a legit mortgage reason.  Ms. Vivian wanted to leave and not be associated with Landlord Mortgage etc. inclusive with the bullying.
• Only after providing a 30 day notice to vacate regarding the bullying while stating scams etc. Then Landlord created false court accusations and more, one after the other. Ms. Vivian would stop one tactic and Landlord moved on to another.
• Landlord Suspect filed a false Police Report to discredit Ms. Vivian saying she viewed Landlord “locked up gun.” People know Ms. Vivian is afraid of guns. How can Ms. Vivian view a gun and take serial numbers off a locked up gun ? Actually, Ms. Vivian had no idea where the Landlord kept her gun.
• Landlord Suspect filed TRO to try and discredit Ms. Vivian from issues that Ms. Vivian was aware of. The Judge declined the TRO until Ms. Vivian could appear. Ms. Vivian was never served NOR knew about the TRO. Landlord Suspect dropped the TRO.   Then, went on to other harassment tactics that never stopped.
• Landlord Suspect then bullied Ms. Vivian until she could move out all while using a hidden camera. It appears to have Ms. Vivian retaliate on hidden camera and therefore, Landlord could have Ms. Vivian arrested. Ms. Vivian never did retaliate.  Ms. Vivian was bullied with several tactics. Suspect Landlord even changed the locks without telling Ms. Vivian.
• Ms. Vivian came back one night and police were there. Police Lady said they’ve been there many times and never found anything wrong.
• Ms. Vivian found she was video tapped secretly and some of the video will have Ms. Vivian without clothes. Landlord Suspect exposed the camera on Ms. Vivian move out day like a “look I was video taping you.”
• Ms. Vivian called the Police to hand over the keys and showed the Police the clean condo and camera. It was all clean. Ms. Vivian took pictures of Landlords condo to cover herself.
• When Ms. Vivian moved out she filed a SMALL CLAIMS COURT action to obtain the Video. Ms. Vivian WON. Landlord Suspect LIED in Small Claims court that Ms. Vivian damaged her condo while brought damage receipts to show the Judge. The Judge asked if Landlord Suspect had any pictures. She did not. Landlord Suspect only showed FAKE damage receipts. Landlord Suspect is a Master at creating false documents as prior stated would as a prior legal expert for court hearings in the past. But, those documents can be verified with forensics and calling companies. Anything can be verified as the TRUTH or FAKE if perform due-diligence.
• Once Ms. Vivian WON the Small Claims action then the Landlord Suspect started Black Hat SEO Ms. Vivian name and reputation on the Internet with obscenities and then claiming to the local Police Detective that Ms. Vivian was associated with horrible and obscene Internet actions.
• Then, Landlord Suspect filed massive false complaints against Ms. Vivian via cell phone text and other with Law Enforcement even after Suspect family is discovered associated with Black Hat SEO “Googlebombing” Internet tools in how they made a living.  Appears to (again) take the focus off Landlord by claiming Ms. Vivian is the reason for the Landlord Suspects bully personality.
• Landlord LIED to a Detective which cost Ms. Vivian severe damages in court and set the Detective up. Basically, used the Detective as a tool to abuse Ms. Vivian, illegally.
• Each time Ms. Vivian tries to protect herself and exposes the Landlord Suspect then moves on to another tactic to destroy Ms. Vivian by becoming more intense. Ms. Vivian now had massive horrible court and Legal complaints for NOTHING she did, but take her doctors and others professional advise to protect herself legally, to no avail.
• MS. VIVIAN HAD ENDURED YEARS OF HARASSMENT TACTICS AND BULLYING FROM LANDLORD SUSPECT, LOST MASSIVE INCOME AND TIME. MS. VIVIAN RETAINS ALL HER COMPUTERS WITH DESKTOP EMAIL TO SHOW THE HARD PROOF ON EVERYTHING. Ms. Vivian has never been known to have a bully personality. She does not have any weapons or training nor prior professional legal knowledges. Ms. Vivian simply thought going to court and TELLING THE TRUTH, with series of events then the Justice System would not fall prey because of illegal tactics. Ms. Vivian is actually a holistic girl who likes to go out and have FUN. Most times always going somewhere.

If a person doesn’t do things like above than have no idea there are people out there as such.

• Ms. Vivian moved quick then rented a room in the wing of big home. Ms. Vivian was simply too busy to see what was going on and had moved quickly to get away from other Landlord Bully. The new rental home was big and Ms. Vivian had her own wing which was nice. Barely saw the Landlord and they vacationed often. Ms. Vivian rented for 4.5 years while trying to save herself from the Cyberbully abuse. Later the FBI left a note on the door. The Landlord became a Fugitive from Justice (story below).

The reason for all the details, herein, is suspect portrayed, Ms. Vivian as; worthless, good-for-nothing and in obscene and horrible ways that NO ONE would want to be. Additionally, Ms. Vivian has FALSE police reports and more filed against her. She did NOTHING and will swear to it, until the day she becomes an Angel. Ms. Vivian would listen to Suspect degrade her own partner with filing bully complaints on neighbors. Ms. Vivian does not want to be subjected or related to obscene harassments for life while suspect pretends to be upstanding. Ms. Vivian Attorney was shown PHTOSHOPPED disgusting images (only) on the side to depict Ms. Vivian in disgusting ways. Who knows who else the Suspect is showing horrible images of Ms. Vivian to ? The images were never filed in court records to be verified as the truth. IT Professional could not find those obscene images on the internet. And, Suspect portrays Ms. Vivian is a harm with a disgusting women, the complete opposite of who she is. Only showing false X pictures of Ms. Vivian on the side to Law Enforcement, others and her Attorney, not filing in court records to be forensically investigated or copies provided to Ms. Vivian, personally, for evidence.

THE WORST THAT DESTORYED MS. VIVIAN WAS BLOCKED & PUNISHED FOR REPORTING TO LOCAL.

• While under intense cyber-abuse-bullying then Ms. Vivian, was punished for filing legitimate and HONEST IC3.gov complaints. Those complaints were sent to the local Detective in Suspect Cyber Bully city. Appears all the document, evidence, that Ms. Vivian dropped off was destroyed. The Detective testified that Ms. Vivian was FILING FALSE COMPLAINTS AGAINST a person who had already filed false complaints against Ms. Vivian. Ironically, the Cyber Bully played a victim. Until the Police Department saw that Ms. Vivian told the TRUTH as she was NOT SEOing her own name. Until than Ms. Vivian was punished severely.

• In those links was also illegal internet activity.  Much was criminally disgusting associated with Ms. Vivian name. The FBI had asked “who do you think is doing this?” Ms. Vivian simply replied and to the Detective.

• WHY WAS MS. VIVIAN NOT ALLOWED TO MENTION THE SUSPECT’S NAME TO THE DETECTIVE WITHOUT BEING SEVERALY PUNISHED ?” Massive people advise Law Enforcement authorities who they think are harming them, so be investigated.

• Thereafter, the Detective would not listen or look at Ms. Vivian evidence. Ms. Vivian was accused of destroying own name on the internet with performing horrible acts.

• The Detective didn’t have access and knowledge to APPs using Black-HAT SEO associated with Suspects family making a living off SEO Internet blasting tools and knowledges. ODDLY: The Suspect had never mentioned her Family as how they made a living. Her Family name and associations were ALL over the Internet in plain sight. Ms. Vivian never met the family. Basically, had no idea who they were prior. It simply appears that at first, Law Enforcement, was not aware of Black-HAT SEO blasting APPs (linking-hacking) associated with the Suspect Cyber Bully. They couldn’t see how the internet would do that with millions of global x sites. Later advised by SEO Expert. It took a few years to figure out. Initially, only series of events. Suspect wasted a Detectives time.

2^ND RESTRAINING ORDER  

• Ms. Vivian filed an RO, hoping to stop the cyber-abuse because Suspect walked over to approach Ms. Vivian against Court Harassment Orders. The Judge pulled Ms. Vivian into a side office and stated that “he would not hear the case that he did not run a Kangaroo Court.” Ms. Vivian explained was getting Death Threats due to the Black Hat SEO association with the Suspect Cyber Bully walking over to Ms. Vivian after signed Harassment Orders to stay away. However, the judge walked out of the room. There is a reason why and was NOT due to Ms. Vivian as he was contacted prior. That is when Ms. Vivian went to the FBI building. 

VICTIM WENT TO THE FBI BUILDING FOR HELP:

• Ms. Vivian went to the FBI building. Filled out a form with her full rare name (only). 2 FBI sat behind a glass then asked Ms. Vivian “who do you think is doing this?” Ms. Vivian mentioned. The 2 FBI looked at each other, quickly, then asked Ms. Vivian “is this a number we can reach you? And, do you have anything else to say?” She said “no.”

MS. VIVIAN VICE PRESIDENT GUY BUDDY PAID $10,000.00 TO OBTAIN AN ATTORNEY – MS. VIVIAN WAS BAMBOOZELED AGAIN.

• Unfortunately, the JUDGE during the 3rd RO that Ms. Vivian filed, had refused to consider the Police Lady email that she wrote on Ms. Vivian behalf. The Police Lady was the only one who listened and tried to help Ms. Vivian. The Detective would shut Ms. Vivian down. Ms. Vivian had no idea he was being bamboozled.

• Ms. Vivian NOR her Attorney, were advised a Detective would testify and without a Subpoena. He just showed up. Ms. Vivian and her Attorney, had no idea the Suspect had been deceiving a Detective while sabotaging Ms. Vivian. The Defendant operated illegally not serving Ms. Vivian Attorney until the day of the RO hearing. All via Defendant states didn’t have Ms. Vivian contact information. However, Defendant had Ms. Vivian email including Safe At Home Program legal address was listed on their website. Could have called the Safe At Home Program to obtain the address. Defendant was a prior a legal professional in the same courts and knew the laws. Ms. Vivian, Attorney, didn’t fight it NOR question the ACTUAL Defendant regarding why didn’t advise the Detective of her family SEO Associations. Ms. Vivian was illegally bamboozled again. This came from other legal advice out of CA.

• Ms. Vivian Attorney never had HER testify to the cyber abuse she endured that was horrendous. Including all the prior, series of events, directed by the Defendant filing FALSE police reports and more, against Ms. Vivian. Ms. Vivian was NOT given the opportunity to advise the Judge how badly she was damaged and what she endured AT ALL – NOTHING. Other Legal Experts were perplexed why Ms. Vivian was not provided the opportunity to speak during the hearing by her Attorney. Ms. Vivian was NOT allowed to say anything regarding how damaged she was from the Cyber Abuse and from the past continued Harassments by Defendant, over several years that Ms. Vivian endured. MANY WERE PERPLEXED.

• The Detective admitted he didn’t listened to Ms. Vivian. Her Attorney never asked why. That is because he fell for a Defendant’s fake victim act. Detective stated all he saw was a bunch of links. Those links were actually emailed to him by Ms. Vivian. All the Detective had to do was click on the links. Also to look on the Internet and see for himself. Later after meeting with Chief of Police than Ms. Vivian was advised ALL the documents she dropped off at the Police Station were missing. However, Ms. Vivian name was plastered over 1000’s of pages with obscenities. Some links appeared illegal acts of others. Shocking is, Ms. Vivian is a conservative and nice dresser with appearance. Ms. Vivian looks and acts the complete opposite of a women associated with Internet obscenities. All the Detective had to do was look on the Internet. But, Ms. Vivian, Attorney, never asked if the Detective did ANY due diligence. Won’t mention the rest, currently, as was despicable. Ms. Vivian was PUNISHED SEVERELY for filing TRUTHFULL information to be investigated. Law Enforcement finally figured out only after Ms. Vivian was punished and suffered great harm.

• Ironically, although Ms. Vivian, Attorney was paid $10,000.00 for that day. Ms. Vivian, Attorney, never placed the actual Suspect Cyber Bully, DEFENDENT, on the witness stand to answer questions under OATH regarding if the Suspect Cyber Bully family associations and why didn’t adise the Detective etc. Ms. Vivian was bamboozled again. Later other Legal professionals were perplexed.

• Additionally, Ms. Vivian, Attorney, never asked the Detective if he was aware that the Suspect Cyber Bully Family were Black Hat SEO, experts in how they earned a living. Ms. Vivian, Attorney, only had the SEO Expert testify before the Judge regarding the association Internet tools used by Suspect Cyber Bully family. There is more. The Detective was out in the Hall waiting to be called when the SEO Expert testified. The Detective never heard the SEO Court Expert Testimony NOR was EVER advised the Suspect Cyber Bully family were associated with using the Black Hat SEO internet tools. Ms. Vivian, Attorney, never asked the Detective at all. Only questioned the Detective on the Links and actually Ms. Vivian filing legit complaints then was punished. Detective had no idea until after the RO ended and Ms. Vivian endured massive more cyber abuse. And, after the Judge and Detective punished Ms. Vivian severely for filing legit complaints.

• Ms. Vivian experienced great harm for being a TRUE victim and telling the TRUTH.

• Ms. Vivian was severely NOT represented very well as was mentioned in later years by other legal experts. They had advised Ms. Vivian to obtain the court transcripts to cover herself. At least these were Attorneys in other states who offered helpful advice.

For ONLY, Ms. Vivian filing HONEST complaints to IC3.gov as some of the offending links appeared illegal as well – Then Ms. Vivian was severely punished by the DETECTIVE and JUDGE for lying until after SEO court testimony and Law Enforcement saw the TRUTH when the RO ended and the Black Hat SEO Deformation abuse continued again with more intensity. Then Chief of Police, DM, in Suspect Cyber Blaster jurisdiction met with Ms. Vivian.

The Suspect Cyber Abuser allegidly SEO own name on the Internet and then show the Detective while calling the Judge and Courts Clerks before hearings to view her name on the Internet. The person creating the SEO links can easily use the same Internet tools to take off the name.

The very day after 3rd RO signed Orders ended, the Black-HAT SEO cyber-blasting of Ms. Vivian, FULL & RARE, name started again – the very next day. This time with severe intensity. Ms. Vivian name, “anchor tagged and “hacked” associated with horrible abuse key words on obscene pictures of others. Associated with key-words that Ms. Vivian was a criminal and x-abuser. Spreading over 1 million internet pages. Just like each time Ms. Vivian filed a TRO the Cyber Bully would stop. Ms. Vivian was able to clear her name. DIRECTLY AFTER WITHIN THE NEVER NEXT DAY AFTER ORDERS ENDED THEN THE DISGUSTING AND OBSCENE BLACK HAT SEO OF MS. VIVIAN NAME WOULD START AGAIN – EACH TIME WITH MORE INTENSITY.

MS. VIVIAN PLEADED FOR HELP – TO NO AVAIL. Only after SEO Court Testimony exposing by obtaining an Attorney did Law Enforcement watch the Internet after the 3rd RO ended. FINALLY, Ms. Vivian received and eMail to meet the Chief of Police & FBI Lady. Finally, they saw the TRUTH. By then Ms. Vivian was numb from exhaustion and tremors extensively in fear.

INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS WERE NOT HAPPY: Also, GLOBAL Internet Service Providers “ISP” IT servers were infected. Their Security Departments had to clear their IT Servers from the Black Hat SEO “anchor tagging / hacking” infected IT Servers that were automatically pointing and “hacking” onto their Customer Website Owners. Global “ISP” and their Website owners were harassed and abused as well. Ms. Vivian was advised they report actions such as this to Federal Authorities and including Internet Search Engine Security. It’s a form of Hacking in-mass, globally. All to harass and abuse Ms. Vivian, as the person sometimes used her FULL & RARE name associated. Global Internet Service Providers with their website clients suffered massive TIME & MONEY to clear the abuse.

By the time Law Enforcement was able to see the TRUTH when the cyber-stalker-bully continued Black-HAT SEO (blast-linking) victims name; Ms. Vivian, didn’t have the money for another Attorney to continue. Additionally, she was too depleted, physically, to try again and help herself. She was hoping the Chief of Police and FBI lady would take over.

Later after sending Flash Drive Exhibits: Ms. Vivian needed to wait for Search Engine Security and Law Enforcement to search the origin of over (1) million pages of Ms. Vivian name plastered in Black Hat SEO (link-hacking). It took Search Engines 2-3 years to, clear the Cyber Bully abuse, of Ms. Vivian FULL & RARE name.

• By then Ms. Vivian went into hiding and fear behind, Safe At Home Program. She was HUMILIATED. She lost associations. She was always moving around to stay safe. She didn’t trust Law Enforcement to protect her. Then, B-CIA started coming around.

MS. VIVIAN HAD TO HELP HERSELF AGAIN

STILL THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THE CYBER ABUSE TO CLEAR MS. VIVIAN NAME WAS TO GO OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA FOR HELP.

Only after a Vice President guy-friend paid, $10,000.00 for Ms. Vivian Attorney for a 3rd RO, did she obtain help where Law Enforcement were watching the internet when the RO expired. After continued with the Black-HAT SEO Cyber Deformation Abuse link-hacking eventually spread over 1 MILLION pages on the Internet.

After Ms. Vivian was finally acknowledged as the victim meeting with the (very nice) Chief of Police and FBI Lady in the Chiefs executive office, than Ms. Vivian name was still Black Hat SEO blasting over 1 millions pages on the Internet anchor-tagged (hacked) automatically onto disgusting criminal acts of others and more. PTSD with the stress was debilitating.

• Ms. Vivian went to EMDR. Helped to think forward to help herself, again. Always having to help herself.

• Ms. Vivian, has (5) file boxes of court and legal cyber-abuse documents.

• After EMDR therapy Ms. Vivian could think forward a little more to save her name and reputation. Again with no help. She never heard back from the Chielf of Police office.

• Ms. Vivian scanned 1000’s of cyber abuse exhibits on Flash-Drives with Ms. Vivian name Black Hat SEO “Googlebomb” on others obscene pictures including false criminal records and internet paged printed exhibits.  Ms. Vivian sent the Flash Drives certified to other States District Attorneys, Search Engine Executives, 2015 running President, FBI/CIA.

• The other states District Attorneys, placed the Flash-Drive evidences under “CLASSIFIED”.  However, California did nothing at all but decline to help. Even when some of the links appeeared to have illegal activity.

• Only after sending Flash Drives was Ms. Vivian, name cleared. Search Engines AND Internet Service Providers “ISP” had to endure the COSTS associated with clearing the cyber abuse which was against their abuse terms. It took approximately 2-3 years to clear the abuse. By then it was over (1) million pages of horrendous cyber-stalkers Black-Hat SEO abuse (documents listed below). The pictures with key-words tagged Ms. Vivian name name brought some Attorneys to tears who were also scared of the Suspect cyber-stalker. Other Attorneys looked at the cyber abuse and not only shocked but completely speechless.

FINALLY MS. VIVIAN COLLAPSED EXHAUSTED FOR MONTHS ONLY DUE TO HELPING HERSELF.

After Ms. Vivian sent the Certified Flash Drives out of California for help then Ms. Vivian looked on the Internet a few months later. She saw her name isolated in ONE LINK at the bottom of a Google page.

Ms. Vivian could not find her name anywhere on the Internet. Then, she looked at the Bottom of a GOOGLE PAGE and saw ONE Link. Ms. Vivian opened up that Google Link and saw that Google had isolated the millions of disgusting links associated with Ms. Vivian FULL & RARE name and family name BEHIND ONE BIG LINK.

Ms. Vivian actually COLLAPSED. Her legs buckled up under her and she fell to the ground in relief.

MS. VIVIAN SLEPT FOR A LONG TIME – LOST MASSIVE INCOME.

A few months later Ms. Vivian checked the Google link that had her name isolated. Over 2-3 years Ms. Vivian saw her name clearing from all the OBSCENE DISCUSTING links – LITTLE BY LITTLE. It took GOOGLE and ALL the other search engineers 2-3 YEARS TO CLEAR ALL THE ABUSE.

HOWEVER, the damage of additional precautions JUDGES AND FEDERAL later took (who are not located in Suspect Cyber Stalkers jurisdiction) to protect Ms. Vivian, then cause another set of problems making Ms. Vivian life an uphill struggle more than others would endure. Ms. Vivian lost massive income and retirement with her heart health damaged.

• After 2015-2018 about 2021; to heal and overcome much fear and anxiety using the internet, then Ms. Vivian would add an old picture on FB than take down, quickly. Still only connected to family with only (9) associations. Practicing, little by little, over several years to have confidence in using the computer/internet without panic, anxiety or fear. While not adding any current pictures with her face showing. When out with friends won’t take group pictures. Ms. Vivian trusted a couple friends almost a decade later to take a single picture. Ms. Vivian writes a short life story story than leaves up for about 2 days to 1 week, then deletes.

• 13 years later a professional corporate picture public but one recently with blurry face in front of her friends Ferrari published herein. No true locations always moving around. Ms. Vivian overcame great obstacles the last few years and wants to show she’s doing well after everything. Ms. Vivian has worked very hard at overcoming to have FUN in life.

NOTE: On move out day from cyber suspects rental Ms. Vivian called the Police to have them view the condo, then called the Landlord, to personally turn over the keys in front of the Police. Ms. Vivian had the police view the condo while she took pictures of everything clean. Later Suspect created false damage receipts for Ms. Vivian Small Claims case but could not show the Judge any damage pictures. Ms. Vivian won a little money for the hidden camera. Suspect was to turn over pictures of Ms. Vivian but stated “Did not have any Pictures” of Ms. Vivian etc. One lie after the other the Police and Ms. Vivian have endured.

2015-2018l MS. VIVIAN THOUGHT SHE COULD FINALLY MOVE ON SAFELY:

• AFTER EVERYTHING MS. VIVIAN ATTENDED A FEDERAL HEARING WHERE THE JUDGE ORDERED FEDERAL PROTECTIVE SERVICES FOR HER AND HER ATTORNEY. AFTER HER ATTORNEY SENT THE JUDGE THE CYBER ABUSE AND MENTIONED JUDGE RESEARCHED WITH FEDERAL. EVEN HER ATTORNEY WAS SHOCKED. THE FEDERAL PROTECTIVE SERVICES MET MS. VIVIAN STATING “I’m your Federal Protective Services and the real deal.”

• Another court hearing out of Suspects jurisdictions under court sealed documents the Judge ordered the Bailiff to shut down the entire court room waiting for everyone to leave then had the bailiff block the court room window, while the judge notarized documents for Ms. Vivian to protect herself.

• Ms. Vivian after sending flash drives of cyber evidence for investigations OUT OF CALIFORNIA then obtained help to clear her name from over 1 million internet pages of Black Hat SEO above. However, still in fear looking over shoulder, if anyone stares, follows, contacts out of the blue.

SHOCKING AND SCARY; 3 years after the 3rd RO was over. During the time that Search Engines had isolated and just about finished clearing Ms. Vivian name from the isolated link holding millions of pages of Cyber Abuse with Ms. Vivian name; than her bran new GOOGLE TEXAS (set up a TX number to ensure was safe out her CA area) business number she placed on her LinkedIn (thinking she was safe by then) was contacted by a CA business associate of Suspects after 9p at night on weekend. Well documented and verified.
